About us
Our world has changed
Some changes were positive, but many were also negative, even to the point where it seemed like we could all be destroyed. We don't even want to entertain that thought.
Thanks to our diverse industries, our association is present on all continents worldwide. One sector is DXCO (DX Communication Operators), which gives us access to over 350 radio bases in more than 150 countries and over a thousand clubs and associations. This extensive network also extends to other areas such as science, environment, communication, preparation, social and much more.
Through this structure, we offer everyone, regardless of their background or location, the opportunity to benefit, contribute and grow.
Another branch of our structure is the organization of local groups that operate primarily at a national level, but also have an international reach through their activities. This ensures we are aware of everything that is happening around the world and can take action when necessary.
We are committed to promoting peace and understanding and reject the use of war or conflict, which often arise from political or religious ideologies.
We help wherever we can, both as a community and as individuals. We emphasize the importance of peace and cooperation over violence and conflict. Our message to the politicians of all governments, to the leaders of all religious communities, promoters of extremism and fanaticism, cult leaders and everyone (we don't use that word) who are involved in this world is clear: “If you want to smash each other's heads in, then go for it this between themselves, but let us, the people, the people of this world, have our peace and theirs.”
In regions such as Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas, we work with all our groups, civil society and the private sector to build connections, provide assistance including in emergencies and disasters, save lives, promote justice, a Secure a better future and of course pursue our common hobby.
Together we strive to make a positive impact on a global scale and work towards building a more peaceful and harmonious world for all.
We Are Non-profit... but Nothing is for free.
Sometimes it costs more than you would like
Unlike many other organizations, we do not employ managers, directors and there are no shareholders.
Everyone here works on a voluntary basis and only if they want to. We would like to thank the people who invest their time and effort to ensure that our activities run smoothly.
Even if there are no paid employees, costs still have to be covered. We cover these costs either from private funds or through income from sales, trips and other campaigns.
There are hundreds of charities around the world doing incredible work, and yet almost all of them are stuck to the same structures. But we strive to stand out from the others.
Our association stands out in many ways, including our vision, structure and operating environment.
We operate on two levels:
Local, national, but also international activities.
We value human connections and social cohesion and recognize the increasing division and inequality in society.
The aim of our network is to bridge the gap between people from all walks of life and to promote empathy, mutual support and respect.
Our core principle is to connect people, whether through
personal interactions, hobbies like CB and amateur radio, or social media.
We are committed to compassion and sharing as essential components of a more humane world.
Despite all the technology, we must not forget our environment and the animals in the world. They are the most essential part of our existence.
We take a neutral stance on most topics, but reject and condemn all types of violence, especially those directed against vulnerable groups such as women and children.
We are not involved in politics, religious debates, extremism, or discrimination of any kind. In our organization everyone is equal and valued.

We, the DCO, embody the values of equality, unity, and freedom of expression within our community.
Upholding a stance of political neutrality, we hold a deep respect for diverse religious and spiritual beliefs, always mindful that such beliefs remain a personal choice and should not be imposed.
Our commitment to a society devoid of discrimination is unwavering, while also recognizing the importance of preserving peoples' identities and nationalities as integral to their well-being.
Rather than dwelling on negative aspects, we choose to focus on promoting positivity in the world around us, striving to create a more compassionate and harmonious environment for all.
